We had Los Portales cater for 200 people. Communication and planning for the event with them was very smooth and easy. They set up before our quest showed up. They verified with us before they started serving. They cleaned everything up after they were done serving. Plenty of food we had several people go back for seconds. Multiple guests complimented us about the food and the set up. We also had 2 waters made Horchata water and cucumber lemon water. Everything was delicious! Would highly recommend them and use them again!

It’s a one-stop shop really. But I was here for the Chicharron and fresh guacamole. Was not disappointed at all. The staff was friendly and attentive. You will have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes for the guacamole as it’s made fresh.

No stars, currently price gouging for 1 gallon Crystal Geyser at over $2.39 plus a gallon! I should have taken a picture, there were new price tags and the old price was a dollar plus. If they have more pricing like this they should be reported to the State of CA Department of Justice, only 85 cents at WinCo!!!

I bought a San Judas statue from here and it mysteriously broke. I was pretty sad about it and when I asked to either exchange it or at least get one half it’s size for replacement but the guy tried to say I did it on purpose to get money or something stupid. Even though the said “take a look at it” before I bought it , who’s gonna look for tiny cracks on the back of his neck? Never coming here again. (Too overpriced btw)

I go into the market part one a month, and when I walk in I absolutely love the smell inside. The service is really great, and very quick. Friday was the first time eating there, and the food was so good. Young lady behind the counter was helpful, she had the cook cut up the meat extra small for the person I was there with. (he had no teeth) I had the Sope, and a friend had 3 tacos, everything so delicious. Thank you for a great service and food

Bought 12 tacos during lunch first taco I grabbed had a hair on it! No one apologized and they only fixed the one taco! Also took a very long time making tacos close to an hour so I didn’t bother asking them to remake all of them! Will definitely not be back!

We love how authentic they are! So much so, they catered our wedding in 2019. Everyone still talks about how good the food was. Chile verde and carnitas. My husband loves their menudo and tortillas and he is super picky! ❤️
