This sandwich shop is a little confusing because you have to fill out a card for the sandwich you want to order but you have to look at the changing tv menu board’s and try to figure out how much things cost. Then you take it over and give it to the guy and pay then you get your food and then eat outside or something else because they have nowhere to sit. The food is not that good and is not fresh tasting

Great Experience, The company I work for had an order for them for 16 people for lunch. Talked to Sam @ location about our order that would be coming to them online & he said he would personally take care of our order. Everybody loved their sandwiches & salads. Ordering online was very simple , easy to do & did not take that long to do. I will order from Which Wich again in the future. I will recommend them to freinds & associates. There was no meat on my chicken Buffalo with ranch sandwich. I’ve eaten at Which Which at least 40 times….. disappointed with Warrenville location and will never eat there again. I paid $8 for a piece of bread.

Very positive first experience. Workers were very helpful. Had never been to this restaurant before. They had many vegetarian options, and all ingredients were very fresh and good. I will definitely go back. My only complaint is the quantity of veggies they put on the sandwich. I wish I could see them go through the line like a subway so I could ask for more of one thing or another. Literally had 5 black olives on my sandwich.

The employee who served me (6/14/21 around 4:15pm) was busy using his phone instead of attending to customer ASAP. He also spat into the food trash can, right at the food station. Unhygienic food handling practice, let alone during COVID pandemic.

Will be going to the one in Naperville much better quality! As I’m watching them make my sub as it comes out of the toaster TIm grabs the sub looking like he didn’t have any idea what to do with it as he puts it together half the turkey and spinach falls out and he tells the manager that the sub is starting to fall apart idk wat to do… so the manager forgot his name just wraps it up leave half the turkey and spinach on the cutting board as I tell him your really going to serve me this paying $18 for it and his response was this sub is perfect so I go and unwrap the sub to show him how sloppy it is with another customer behind me looking at the sub saying ya he’s missing half the sub… if your guest is going to wait 20 minutes for a meal it better be made with quality
