Chay is an absolute Rockstar to work with when it comes to meal prep. Everything I have ever had at SothernFITT is amazing, but what makes this place so special is the owner, Chay. Her customer service is beyond any meal prep service that I have ever had (and I have had several)! She works with me, stays late so I can grab my food after work and is genuinely one of the nicest people I know. 5 stars all the way!
