So disappointed! We were looking forward to having hibachi all day! It’s a Saturday, we get there at 4:30 and no other patrons were there! So we ordered, and out comes the salad, dressing had a strange lumpy texture. I ordered filet mignon and salmon. First the rice was not cooked enough. My salmon was great, but my filet mignon had a strange, not fresh taste. My friend ordered chicken which was dry and bland.

Delicious! Several large parties there tonight but the servers were very attentive. Hibachi chef was highly skilled and did a nice job cooking everything to our requests. (some low salt, no egg, etc.). Dessert was mochi which I don’t care for, but the others said was good.

I have to learn his name but the sushi chef is amazing! We come every Wednesday for the all you can eat Sushi and he does a fantastic job. It’s a lovely restaurant – I little gloomy but I love the mysterious environment. The last star is for customer service. If you spend that much money at a place, you should feel welcomed by the owners, not attacked. It has improved drastically from our first visit.

Sashimi and tuna tartar appetizers weren’t sushi quality and don’t taste fresh at all. Service was chaos with chef busy on takeaway orders. We had to leave after waiting an hour for not so fresh appetizers.

I have yet to eaten there and not laugh. I really need to find out our chef’s name. And I get the same one every time…talk about coincidence. I always enjoyed the fresh ingredients. Trust me, take a chance and see for yourself!
