Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Every single time I have gone they have messed up my order one way or another. Forgetting the sauce is one thing but completely getting an order wrong like ordering a chicken egg and cheese English muffin and receiving a chicken cheese biscuit. The sticker was correct but the meal inside wrapped totally wrong. Not only that but they will not answer the phone. I will no longer eat here.

We were seated and given menus, our orders taken and our food soon delivered to our table. Everyone was dressed in uniforms. Our server, Anna, was friendly, courteous, and very up-beat. Our meal was brought to our table with a smile and our server checked on us periodically. It was as pleasant an experience as I have had in fine dining restaurants.

Definitely one of the slowest Chick-fil-a drive thrus we’ve been to but the food usually makes up for it. Tonight we got home with our food and every fry container was ridiculously under-filled and we were missing nuggets. We can deal with one box like this but all of them is unacceptable. Chick-fil-A is better than this.

The Chick-fil-A’s in Lynchburg frequently disappoint, but this one is the most disappointing. About 90% of the time I can except that something will be wrong with the order. Usually, it’s that they barely fill the fry container halfway. What’s weird to me is that the only good experiences I have with this location is when I eat inside. The food and the portions are much better. This makes no sense to me as the food is pulled from the same place. Additionally, the fries should never get to the customer like this. The person filling the container should have decided it wasn’t full, the pursing bagging the food should have decided it wasn’t full. It’s insane this happens almost every single time.

I asked for condiments when I ordered when I was finally serve my food I had to ask for them again I ordered for meals and they’re handing me one condiment of each type the service had no syrup the tea tasted horrible and there was no salt on the fries was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A

This location certainly moves the cars quickly through the drive thru so do not be discouraged if you roll up to a long line. However, someone needs to get a memo to the kitchen, salt the fries! They are much better that way
