Pizza was COLD! We had to put it in the oven for 15 minutes to warm it. NO cheese in our stuffed cheese bread. Our cheese bread was doughy-not cooked. Garlic sauce was cold. Pizza looked like it was forgotten about under a non-warmer. Pizza wasn’t delivered in a warming bag. Very disappointed in our order.

Delivery can be a little lacking at times- they forget sauces and some of us are sauce folks who pay for it- but I happen to live close and carry out is the best way to go. I have NEVER had an issue with the staff, and I’ve never actually had a wrong or poorly made order. if you ask nicely they have no problem adding more wing sauces or rectifying small issues (One time someone didn’t count the wings…) I think this location is sincerely busy and as long as you are nice/close to the store they want you to be happy with their food and service. I’m happy with them.

Only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because of a lady named Amber. I ordered delivery at 1230pm I was told 40 min. I did not get the pizza until 230pm. Which ok, your busy I understand. I called back twice to get an update. (Reason I called back the second time was because they told me 5 min and another 30 passed) So fast forward what felt like a lifetime comes Jason the delivery driver. Who threw the pizza on the counter, slammed the double doors leaving what is a professional establishment, threw his bag in his car and took off! I wouldn’t and have never treated a paying customer like that. Thank you Amber for your great customer service skills and trying to make it right for me. I truly appreciate it

I just ordered 2 pizzas, and my Alfredo Philly steak pizza was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Whoever made my pizza tonight needs a raise or promotion. Not to mention the delivery was suuuuper fast. Best domino’s there is. Seriously, the people who made and delivered my pizza need a raise.

So rude. I been waiting over a hour, n I called to see whats going on and they answered I asked for a follow up and they rudely told me that I needed to be patient as they only have 2 drivers. Didn’t apologize, didn’t even say anything but to be patient and wait. And it will be another 20+ minutes but then I’d be waiting over 2 hours after that. No compensation for this. No nice people, complete rudeness from them and the food has yet to come :/, I love domino’s but this ome right here is horrible. I’ll probably never change this unless they change.

I think the staff all needs to get on the same page. When I walked the guy told me it would be 30 minutes or longer but I told him I just placed my order and it was 10 minutes and was coming out of the oven so they need to get on the same page with people.

Good luck with this clown crew. Dude was gonna charge me an extra hundred dollars and I was going to pay it and he hung up on me for saying a bad word while talking to him.(not at him). I would fire him just costed the company money cause he is too soft to hear a bad word
