Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. From that first Villa Pizza that opened in 1964, next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, to nearly 300 Villa Italian Kitchen restaurants later, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Their pasta was very bland. It cold seriously use some simple, basic seasoning like… SALT AND PEPPER! Their pizza was okay. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It’s not the worst but I’ve had better tasting food at half the price.

I waited for 10 minutes until someone came to help. I asked for the pizza and 6 rolls and they said it would take 30 minutes— when and where does it take 30 minutes to cook a pizza?! & it was not even busy… Maybe instead of hiding in the back, the employees should provide fast and friendly customer service. Will not buy from here again and I do NOT recommend it!

Family wanted pizza so we stopped here. Pizza was O.K. typical re -heat slices when you order. We also ordered a side salad, garlic roll and lasagna. Salad was so watery the croutons were mushy, the garlic roll was entirely burned and black on the entire bottom half, and the lasagna’s ricotta layer tasted like it went sour. Definitely will not be back.

Out of half of their products and they refused to make anything more due to closing in 2 hours! Terrible business model! Not to mention the high school girl working there knew nothing about what was in the food she was serving. Over priced, poor customer service and low quality food. Pass, save your money and go somewhere else!

The service at this location deserves ZERO stars- the girl working today at 6:30 pm on Tuesday was so rude. She had a horrible attitude and should not be working with customers if she can’t even provide minimum service.

Pizza was very dry and looked like it was sitting there all day. I could tell that the manager doesn’t care since the workers don’t put effort into their customer service . They were rude and were talking amongst each other . Would not eat here
