Went through drive-thru. Ordered 2 thighs, Mac n cheese dinner. Was pretty disappointed by the portion size on the chicken. They are usually big enough to get me through 2 meals. Mac n cheese was a bit dry, but still edible. I’ll still go back, because I understand “off days”. But I won’t if this continues.

Horrible experience, if I could give a 0 I would. Waited about 45 mins in the drive thru line. If we have to wait that long for food tell your customers before they pay. Guy handing out orders didn’t even know what we ordered. Forgot our sauces and straws and gave a very little amount of fries. Also found a hair in the chicken. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back.

30 plus minutes in the building and people that were there when we arrived were still waiting for food. We never ordered. After using the bathrooms and spending some time in line and in the lobby, we decided to go elsewhere. Lobby and bathrooms were dirty.

This Bojangles was great last time we were here, but today was not their best day. This location is under staffed and puts the priority on drive thru orders over patrons dining in. Just to get our food was a 30 minute wait in line. Then our order was served almost right. The lady behind the counter said she could get me the Cajun chicken biscuit I ordered if I would wait. I decided not to and just ate what was served, too many people in line to make them wait any longer. Our bacon, egg and cheese biscuits looked slapped together without care. Cheese and bacon only on half the biscuit. Though the food was good, it was nothing like our past visits a few months ago.

We go here almost every Sunday for carry out. We usually order the same items but the cost varies. We haven’t figured out if it is us or them. This time, I dined in by myself. I found it annoying the ketchup was the only condiment that was not out. One can tell they don’t put it out because their is no bin labeled for it. Also if you want refills on soft drinks you have to cut-in the order line and ask for someone to fill it for you.
