Placed an order on the Arbys app. Went to pick it up at assigned time was told it wasn’t ready and just pull off to side they would bring it out. Sat there for about 10 minutes. So I pulled back around. Now it’s 15 minutes past pick up time and the girl at the window tells me order still isn’t ready because they have customers to get food for thru the drive thru.

The staff is nice, however they didn’t check the order for the extras, sauces, straws, etc. I get that it is fast food, but when you open the sandwich and it looks like they through it together from the other side of the room, then you realize there is no attention to detail in your work.

They were accepting online orders midday on a Saturday even though they were closed and I’ve been calling for days with no answer. The voicemail box is full and you can’t exactly go in… I’m not going to go sit in the drive thru line and try to deal with this when I should be able to simply call and get a refund.

20oz is now their Largest drink!? Wow…its tiny compared to the large from two days ago at 30oz. Did they drop the price for the 10oz difference…nope! Same price 10oz less. Don’t come to any Arby’s if you’re thirsty. Management stated it is in fact a brand wide change. Yikes.

Small store, drive-thru only. I wanted a small combo, but apparently they don’t sell them. They did not ask if we wanted ketchup, salt or sauces. I’m in the business; you ask the customer if they want those things. Perhaps some people may need re-training.
