Where to start… took us 4 tables to find a clean one. No napkins were available to use or clean off the tables. They didn’t give us straws. They forgot my kids’ sweet and sour sauce. They have taken customer service out of the equation… you have to type in at the kiosk and all they have to do is get the order right. But they can’t even do that.

Is it the norm now to not smile or say thank you or say ANYTHING AT ALL?? You have to wait to place an order with no one at the menu, you have to wait to pay, then wait some more for someone to sling a bag with your order at you like your inconveniencing them. Then they stare at you with dirty looks as you drive off! All it takes is one good manager to have a great team! This store started great but the owner needs to send some secret shoppers in there to clean house before you lose more business. A smile and thank you goes a long way!!

I placed a mobile order at 11:50PM, arrived at the location at 11:59PM. The app and google states the McDonalds on 2600 GA-21, Rincon, GA 31326 is 24 hours. When I arrived there were cones blocking customers from coming into both drive-thru’s. There was a young man, looked like a manager from his blue shirt told me that the store was closed. No explanation as to why the store was closed when on the McDonalds app states it open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I ordered a happy meal for my daughter because she woke up kind of hungry from our 3 hour journey from Jacksonville. She was unable to eat a happy meal because of the guy telling us they’re closed. I couldve stopped at a Waffle House or something on the way if I knew the store would be closing when it wanted to. This is a major inconvenience to myself and anyone else who thought the store would be open. Ive been charged for a happy meal I didnt Get. The manager advised me to contact corporate for a refund which I thought was unprofessional.

THE WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to!!! 1st they won’t come wait on you at the counter. I don’t work there so why do I have to take my own order. Then their order accuracy sucks! And let’s not forget the attitude from the manager to have to take your order as you want. Staff is only as good as the management and Ms. Kim needs to move on. Not worth even one star.

Was in drive-thru so long I had time too exit my vehicle go inside loves truck stop purchase a 12 pack and return to my vehicle without the line ever moving!!! And this is every time I go there! My son loves the chicken nuggets. Soooo people beware unless you’re trying to spend 20-30min getting fast food avoid thus Mc ds…so disappointing!!

i waited in line for maybe 30 minutes. i had a mobile order but when i got to the window she must’ve forget to check it in from the time it took me to get from the speaker to the window. hands me my bag and i have to wait another 5 minutes for her to come back with my drink and sauce. i get home and the bottom bun of my big mac is hard as a rock.

The absolute slowest fast food restaurant in 5 counties! I saw a nature channel documentary that said the Sloth is the slowest creature on land but whoever made that documentary has never ordered food from this store evidently! Took 20 minutes to get 2 biscuits and hashbrowns… no drink, nothing extra, just biscuits and hashbrowns! I sat there and watched half the staff come up front and chat with a coworker that came by on her day off while I sat there and sat there and sat there! I will eat scraps of food from the gutter before I will order from here again! Loves might as well kick them out and just expand their hotdogs grill!

It took 25 mins to get a quarter pounder meal and I still had to ask for my drink and sundae after that. 5 kids in uniform wandering around the front but no one taking orders. Customers just using the kiosk after waiting at the counter. I won’t be spending an more money here.

Really Wow
I ordered a Bacon Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal and on the top of the box it was labeled correctly. Got home and it only had 1 piece of meat on it and NO BACON! There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru and the wait time to get this mess up was 17 min! Slowest drive thru I have ever been to…..
