I had placed a online order & it said it would be ready in 15 mins. So I send my son to pick it up & they give him a complete different order, now the order did have the same first name as mine but different last name. He called me confused as to why there was two different Sandwiches from what I had ordered. He had already left the store so I told him to go back. When he gets back and tell them that this is not my order. Then they proceeded to say that they don’t have an order for me a receipt never printed. So I call and the lady who answer says the receipt never printed out and I’m telling her I’m looking at my app and I can give her my order number she then says that won’t work I need to call my manager as if I’m not going to get the food I’ve paid for long story short I finally got the food I ordered after 45 minutes because they didn’t know how to go back in and print the receipt.. I sure hope that they made fresh sandwiches for the other Sara after they let her leave the store and took them back…

I just went in a hour ago. the 2 ladies in there were kind and professional. The one, I should of gotten her name, but she was helpful and listened to some of us complain about high prices. I know its not the business fault its the problem with government wanting socialism and giving all american money away to communist and socialist countries that hate america. Well sad enough but true its not the fault of subway or other business. So be kind and understandable. And support there store and eat out once in awhile and enjoy. Love to you all. Have a blessed day. By the way I had that chicken garlic sandwich. It was really good!

Went in this afternoon with my husband and had a great experience! The store was clean and both Adriann and Shanuh were happy and polite. They made our food quickly without making a mess out of the sandwiches. Only disappoinment was the toaster was out of order.

My boyfriend and I went in yesterday at around 5:30, the people behind the counter were very rude and made everything seem like a HUGE inconvenience for them. (Excluding the young man with curly hair, he was kind and didn’t make any smart remarks). The other two employees openly made rude remarks and gave us an over all bad experience.

Most of the new staff is finally adequately trained or has been replaced with better employees. The current staff is clean, friendly, sociable, and accurate. I’m ready to change this back to 5 stars. Each time I’ve gone lately has been better than the last.
