This is probably the worst taco bell I have ever been to in my life. I have not been to there location once! And had them get the order correct. They always forget atheist one thing and or forget an entire meal from the order. Just today had to go back thru the drive thru 3 times cause they could not get a simple order right.

They just remodeled this store it was closed for a month. The soft Tacos i got had hardly anything in them it was like I ordered taco shells. It was horrible before and even worse now. I won’t be going back.

This picture is just one example. My husband and I went to the Amsterdam location and ordered almost $40 worth of food. The cashier handed us our card and drinks and gave us a bag full of food. We questioned it due to it being quick. We pulled over and checked, sure enough more than half the order was missing and what we did get was wrong. This picture is a chipotle ranch chicken burrito (hold the chicken). It was a burrito with lettuce and tomato. We went back in to have the order corrected. The cashier took our receipt and food, we went over the order twice(plus she had the receipt With the order!). Gave us another bag of food, with everything wrong and half of the order missing again. Cashier also substituted food because they didn’t want to make more chips for nachos.

This place is always messing my orders up whenever I order from them. I’m really sick of not getting what I paid for. Awful absolutely awful service and do not recommend AT ALL. Also quite sure that a bunch of air headed highschool kids are making the food in amsterdam location and that is the main problem with these industries.

We order 6 soft taco and 6 hard tacos and a bahablast and a pedi they gave us a Diet Pepsi and a mountain due and the gave us all hard tacos and we even reorder the stuff and they gave us the same thing twice this place is the worst and there employees are disrespectful

TB is one my favs. BUT this gordita crunch is stale AF. My soft tacos had no lettuce and were squished. I did not get a receipt. Waste of money.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. $80 order pick it up and it’s wrong. Food tastes like it’s from this morning. Workers are all messing around and talking about me and fiancé as we are in the lobby, because we stated the Baja was out and they needed to change it. Like come on. It frustrates me so much when Tacobell messes up this bad because I know the company does NOT train employees to act the way they do here at the Amsterdam store. I worked for Tacobell for a long while, this is NOT core and it’s not their standards. No receipt to even state what employees but I believe they need all new staff who actually know how to treat humans and how to be decent humans.
