Yet again, we’ve had to bring back a wrong order. If you’re going to go here check your order before you leave. Had to drive 30 minutes all the way back here. They gave a refund but no apology or compensation for gas money or time wasted. At least they gave a refund though and were polite.

Dine in has been non existent for over a year at this location. Drive thru backs up taking about 20 mins to successfully get your food. Manage blames “short staff” but over a year that shouldn’t be an excuse. Seems like laziness if you ask me. Food is always spot on though just be prepared to wait.

This is twice this week I came to this Zaxby’s First I couldn’t order off App. Online was not allowed today. So I decided to wait and go thru drive thru only to find they are taking 1 order at a. time. While the drive thru line just gets bigger. Then I noticed only 1 order going was being taken at a time before taking next order. I was there 40 min total.

This location did a great job. Two stars due to tiny fingers. This is likely representation of all Zaxby’s. Everyone is performing “deflation” right now. Looking at the pics, it looks like they cut them in half. Last year, you got a nice finger. Now, we get nuggets.

The kickin’ chicken sandwich seemed light on the kickin’ sauce. It’s also generally soggy by the time you eat it, and it falls apart. Love, love the fried pickles. Nice people, the atmosphere is ok.

Visited the establishment on Thursday evening (4/20). We arrived really late at 9:15 after a school event. The drive thru was packed so we went inside to grab food to go. Upon entry it didn’t look good. There was a minimum of 7 customers waiting patiently for food. Nobody was in line at the register. We approached the cashier and attempted to order. They were extremely busy. I took note of that and felt bad about adding to their stress. My issue is that nobody wanted to take my order. They were frustrated that I was there and I heard them complain about having another customer. They looked at me with disgust and just ignored me, hoping I’d go away. So that’s what we did! Will never go back.
