FOOD POISONING STAY FAR AWAY!!!! We got tacos (beef, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and jalapeños) this past Tuesday(04/11/23), not only did the food take 1 hour and 45 minutes to be ready after the pick up time selected (yes we know it’s taco Tuesday, the restaurant was only a quarter full…) we ended up getting food poisoning, about 3 hours after eating our food, we were in the bathroom for the rest of the night until today, Thursday 04/13/23!!!! Either the food is not being stored properly or not cooked thoroughly. There was a recall on lettuce recently so not sure if the kitchen staff has been made aware of this, might be a good thing to look into tho.

We ordered tonight at 4:45 on the app, was supposed to be done by 5:20 & wasn’t until 5:50. When we got home 5 out of 8 items were wrong. Supposed to have no cheese on them & all 3 of the entrees did. We called & sat on hold for 10 minutes before just driving back in to get the order fixed bc no one answered. They fixed it. We realized we had no chocolate sauces in the cookie desserts but called who went back to get order fixed & ended up getting it. The food was awful. Not 1 out of the 8 orders we’re good. The tacos were seriously wet from sitting in the togo boxes for so long, thinking they were what was made first. We will def not go back. $110 dinner that was garbage. Sad bc it used to be one of our favorite places.

The toilets don’t work, the women’s bathroom had no toilet paper. Both toilets didn’t flush. The sauce bar had trash everywhere. The girl tried to take our fresh drinks from the table. Wow. Never had an experience at tijuana flats like this before.

Unfortunately… The food has gone downhill way fast. My burrito(one of 6 meals) only had steak in half of it, and it seemed old… Use to eat here on the regular. The past 3 or 4 times have been very disappointing:/ wonder what’s going in there next
