UNION Restaurant and Bar Latino opened its doors in September of 2007 in Haverstraw, New York and continues to grow in popularity thanks to its many loyal patrons and valued staff.
Partner-owners Chef Jose David Martinez and Maître d’hôtel Paulo Feteira shared their vision, passion, and talent to open a restaurant in Rockwell County that showcases a diverse, yet classic cuisine of Latin-fusion dishes. Located on the historic Pressler Building, the restaurant offers a friendly and relaxed hacienda style atmosphere, impeccable service, and a great wine list.

First time visiting Union restaurant, we were one of the earlier customers and were seated right away at a beautiful corner of the restaurant. We ordered a seafood paella and a skirt steak, they were both really good and with a large portion size. The skirt steak is marinated well and very tender.

Highly recommended restaurant. The staff there is awesome. Foodie food and great experience. Their starters are amazing and if you some margaritas with dinner this is the spot. I personally love the Guava Margaritas but they have many options. The Bartender Paulo makes a mean espresso martini if you want a great treat for after.

It was amazing from beginning to end. We were escorted by the person who is taking care of cars at the parking lot. He was friendly and polite. Waiters and waitresses are also nice and professional. No long waiting and smooth and taking care of customers very well. And food was exceptional. I would say the best food in Rockland. The building is old brick building, well decorated bringing romantic and rich atmosphere. The place is great for special occasions with family, groups, date night, or any occassion to enjoy time together. I’d come back soon.

Stopped by this beautiful restaurant last night for the first time. The food was amazing! I had the cerviche & shrimp fajitas, my friend had the chicken quesadilla & rigatoni ala vodka. Everything was delicious! Not to mention the service was great and the staff are friendly. I had some type of mule & my friend had a glass of Chardonnay. They offered outdoor dining as well which is very nice. I’m mad I didn’t stop by before lol. Oh we also shared a desert the dulce de leche pudding was so good & I don’t really like dessert. I’ll definitely be back

This place is a gem placed in such an unexpected area. So many different and unique flavors. The atmosphere, service and food are all so amazing. One of our favorites is the Red Bean Ravioli with spicy chorizo. Flavor bomb! If you live close by and haven’t been you def need to try. when I was there with my wife, the waiters did not come to our table for a long time, despite the fact that there were not many people. the food was tasty, but not enough, as I came hungry and left hungry. the design is beautiful, there is even a place for parking.
