We ordered 2 Roast Beef Classics, Curly Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, and a Reuben Sandwich. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. They were out of napkins and one of the sauce dispensers was empty in the self-serve station.

Oh man, the bread on my sandwich was old and hard! I could actually thump on the bread and it made a hollow sound and there was no indentation just crumbs feel off the bread. I was very disappointed, Arby’s is usually much better quality than this.

Food is always great, employees are always quick and efficient, although today i came inside to grab a takeout order and noticed they were understaffed and only had one employee doing the best they can as fast as they could while the manager (on duty Thursday, May 4th) was very rude to her and rushing her causing poor working conditions. Also no cO2 in soda fountain and no out of order sign.

Pleasantly surprised by the location. First time dinning here and all the employees were very nice ( young guy with glasses took my order ) The food was good and pretty clean inside. They had 80’s music playing and the place has lots of windows that made the place feel really opened up. Best of all they had the sauce pump yourself station that others arbys and resturants don’t have. Will be back to this location whenever I get the Arby’s craving.

Usually the customer service and orders are on point! Not sure if someone was being funny or not but I ordered the jalapeño bacon ranch wrap and it had so many jalapeños that it was impossible to eat. Added a photo just to give an idea of how loaded it was, and this is with some taken out already!
