Honestly my worst experience at a Wendy’s ever. We had waited about 10 to 15 minutes in the drive through. We ordered our food and the lady told us our total. As we said thank you and started to drive forward we could hear her ask again what she could get for us. We got to the window and paid. But that’s when I guess my girlfriend then became a sir because she asked “would you like you’re receipt sir?” She corrected herself but at this point we didn’t think much of it. We pulled to the second window where they then proceeded to tell us we skipped the first window and didn’t pay. My girlfriend handed them her card again but then checked and saw that the first one went through on her bank account. They swiped her card again but I guess the system didn’t give them a “green dollar sign”. At this point there were about 5 people around the register talking all at once. They ended up doing it as a coupon and gave us our food. We got the food and the container for my ghost pepper fries was open. So the sauce was leaking out into the bag which then leaked all over me and the car. If this was my first time going to this Wendy’s I for sure would never go back.

So went to this Wendy location today and got chicken nuggets and a drink the price didn’t seem right so I asked for a receipt at the first window he told me that I would receive a receipt at the second window when I asked at the second window the manager (older women ) said I’ll bring it to you when I’m bring it out to our car I told her I wanted my receipt she then told me NO I couldn’t believe the manager told me NO …so with that said NO way in hell will I go back to this location they’ve lost there minds

Valerie’s robotic voice is quite annoying. But the food is fabulous the dining room is great. I can go around the wall to sit away from the front counter noise. Went through drive thru, in a hurry off I-75. Ordered a child’s cheeseburger just ketchup and a chocolate frosty. For my 7 year old Son. I received a kids cheeseburger meal with fries and a frosty so small it fell through the cup holder. I drove away and will not return to this Wendy’s on my daily drive along I-75. There’s something wrong with this Wendy’s.Went there on Tuesday, 6/22 drive-thru and ordered single bacon pub burger combo. What a mistake and not worth $11. Waited a good 15-20 minutes in drive-thru. Burger was cold, old, and dry. Looked like it came out of the tray of old burgers saved for their chili meat. Fries were cold and floppy as well.
