We loved the authentic homemade tortillas and the Texas sized taco. The drinks are pricey but large. They come in a range of fun flavors too. Skip the corn. There was also no air conditioner which made eating there unpleasant. The seating was also a little awkward. Overall this is a great stop and something unique for the area.

Such a delicious hole in the wall restaurant! I highly recommend the Horchata Iced Coffee. Such a delicious blend of sweet & creamy with a nutty & slight coconut flavor. Everything on the menu is full of flavor & very filling.

I moved to Austin five years ago from San Diego, California. When I say this reminds me of home, it really did. The meat was seasoned just right and really tender! We ordered the carnivore machete (Texas sized taco), corn with hot cheetos, and also ordered the dragonfruit mangonada, and it was DELICIOUS.

We came when they had a small rush… and it took a bit until someone attended us and took our order. At first the wait time was horrible but then yet we were hangry! Overall it was worth waiting for it. It was delicious. Meat flavor was on point. Aguas frescas were on point as well. We tried a bit of everything. The hot cheeto quesadillas, carne asada and chicken machete, regular chicken tacos. And drinks dragon fruit pineapple.. really good. Horchata, oreo shake. And they serve you a good amount. We will definitely will be back to try everything else.

If you always wanted very good and authentic tacos but didn’t want to go to the “bad part of town” to get them. Then this is the place to get them. The absolute BEST birria tacos and machetes around. You will not be disappointed for stopping here.

We traveled 30 min. To this location after seeing so much on the instagram page and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Was very much worth the drive. We had the hot Cheetos elote bowl, birria tacos, Al pastor giant taco and the carne asada burrito. Also the customer service was awesome! We will definitely make that drive again.

Got the off menu Birria taco plate. Very good, perhaps on the grill too long if I’m being picky, but it didn’t hurt the flavor. Excellent consomme.

It was alright. They had no guacamole left and the reason was that they did not have any ripe avocados. Texas size taco is very hard to share and not easy to cut. The best thing was the drinks. By the way, they do not have any alcohol, in case you want to grab one with your meal. Also, it was so hot inside. They have a portable cooler but clearly not enough for the entire restaurant.

What can I say! This is a hidden gem restaurant Aparicio’s . There is a difference between eating and savoring the flavor of every bite you eat. I definitely recommend the street chicken tacos as served with the works on these tacos! The Tacos have a mouth watering effect. that made me have to ask for order Togo. Honestly some of the best tacos I have ever eaten in this area of town. The vibes of the restaurant were relaxed and calm welcoming environment with great music. Trust me it won’t let you down.
