I’ve gone here quite a few times and about one third of the time they are usually out of the Red Bull to make the Red Bull infusion drinks so that’s disappointing. I also like the spicy sausage sandwich but a lot of the time half of the bagel comes out super hard and it’s just not edible.

I have learned my lesson. To no fault of the employees themselves for the most part. I have no idea why but this particular scooters has given me broken iced coffee cups 3 times now. The first time it literally dumped all over my car. The second time not as bad just in my cup holder. Today all over my clothes and car. The lids don’t seal. They just pour out the sides. I go to the scooters on 370 and Q Street this never happens. Only this one. I figured one time was fluke and things happen but 3 times….

I LOVE scooters coffee and won’t drink any other coffee. Im there pretty much daily and never have any issues. The staff here are all really nice but, I feel like I’m being rude when I ask not to put drizzle in my cup. I just ordered 2 mochas, with extra shot. The extra shot I ended up with was a gallon of chocolate all over the inside of my cup instead of extra expresso. I ended up throwing them away and going to a different coffee house. My only suggestion is to please check with the person first before dumping that much chocolate in their drink.

I don’t drink coffee. However my wife has never had a bad experience from ANY scooters. She swears by it and actually dislikes Starbucks. Scooters has a good formula and seems to have good employees at EVERY location. Good work scooters!

The baristas here are always amazing!! The manager Mallory knows my car and so by the Tim I get to the window I’m in and out! I was convinced to buy a bacon burrito last time by a barista and I loved it!! My drink is always correct and yummy! Keep up the good work ladies!!

Won’t be coming to this Scooter’s again. I asked for no whip on my drink and instead to please put it on the side. The barista said she would have to charge me.25 cents to do this as they are not Starbucks. I love Scooter’s and dislike Starbucks, however after this interaction I might just change things up, as loyal customers are clearly not welcome.
