Ordered pizza and was told 15 to 30 minutes. When I arrived I was told it would be another 45 minutes wait as Nissan placed 200 pizza order.. so they forget loyal customers and take 1 big order first…total unprofessional and and very rude. Should have made loyal customers along with Nissan big order. Very displeased with this

Ordered a pizza and wings tonight. Around the same time, this store has a system malfunction so they couldn’t take or finish any orders. The professionalism of the manager and front-clerk was breathtaking. The manager remained calm and worked the problem despite the hurricane of stress. Thr food was top notch too!

I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:00 and it is now 7:59. Still no delivery. Their tracker told me 45-58 mins.. they called to let me know they were remaking the pizza so it would be hot but no apology on it taking TWO hours to actually be delivered. We live 3 miles down the road.

We tried it twice. Second time gave me food poisoning. Both times were for pick up. In both instances we were told our pizzas would be ready in 15 min. Both times we got there at about the 20 min mark and both times we were told our pizzas were just going in the oven. They obviously rushed them through and the dough was very flat and chewy. It’s been 48 hrs since we ate it and my stomach is still turning and everything I eat goes right through me. I will not try again.

I ordered 3 pizzas. Nothing fancy. 2 with sausage and extra cheese, 1 with chicken and extra cheese. The dough was raw in the middle. First, why was the dough so thick?? Papa Johns is known for the dough. I called and wasn’t even upset because sometimes things happen. They told me they’d email me coupons to replace the order. (Even though that means I have to pay for delivery again)

I placed a carry- out order on the phone at 5pm. I was told it would be 45-55 minutes. An hour and a half later after sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes I finally got my pizzas. There were several people I watched going in and coming right back out and sitting in their cars with the same look I had. Not happy!! If it’s going to be that long just TELL me and I’ll plan accordingly. I had 6 people waiting on me to bring dinner and a very unhappy baby. Wasn’t offered anything but a trite apology. You could have made it right by at the very least offering something for wasting my time. Won’t go back to that location again.
