Me my grandfather went to this location of Arby’s which is one of our favorite fast food chains to note. We went in complete filth is the perfect choice of words for this restaurant. The tables were nasty and sticky as well as the counters. The service was odd, weird, absurd even they were clearly lazy and did not care for the customers as well as one of the employees singing Disney princess songs. I most definitely do not recommend this location.

I was met with a very nice greet, attentive order taking and fast preparation of my order. I asked for some Arby’s sauce to go and that was handled well. No attitudes by the emplyees, just excellant service.I rang the bell to let everyone know, they did a good job.

Finally got to try the steak burger. It was very good. Mine was perfect but my girlfriends sandwich was kinda just slapped together so she had to basically remake it. But overall we was both very satisfied!!! DELICIOUS!!!

This is the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. We were the only ones in the dining room the entire time we ate…every table, bench, chair, and the floor was filthy. Not a single item in our order tasted fresh. The fries were cold and hard, as was the side of my gyro, and my son’s nuggets. Beyond disappointing. The employees were friendly but clearly lazy.

They messed up my order after I double checked it before our food was givin to us. I went in to explain to them what happened and the manager said he don’t want to hear us but he wants us to hear him. It was very embarrassing considering I work in fast food myself and I would never talk to any customers like he did. Then they tried to make me pay extra and I told them no. They gave me my food with no extra charge. I’m just appalled by the way I was treated and the embarrassment they have caused me to have infront of other customers…
