When you pay for something you expect to get what you paid for especially if you’re paying extra very dissatisfied with my order I paid for Black Angus steak not vegetables I took a picture to prove it wish I can get a refund or at least what I paid for. Mind you I was told to wait in car from drive thru because orange chicken for my kids wasn’t going to be done for another 10 minutes so I did and ended up being forgotten after 20 minutes waiting in my car I went in to get my own food and still got shorted my order of blank angus.

When I received my food it tasted horrible because it had been sitting there for a long time under the heaters. I use to work for panda and I know the food should be stirred often so it doesn’t get dried out. But most of all when I ask for a better batch I expect to be treated with some sort of respect not get a look of a dumbfounded disappointment that I am even asking that of them… not a fan of this location at all

I was disappointed today with this Panda Express. We spent $30, but my portions were subpar per usual Panda Express entree sizes. It is 1:30 so maybe he was trying to conserve food for other customers, but both the entree containers he served from are filled to the brim. Doesn’t make sense why he scrimped on the portion size. Management needs to encourage their employees to fill the plates, not scrimp. At $9.70 for a 2 item entree, I expect more. But that’s just me… the food temperature and flavor was excellent.

The staff made me circle the building cause at first they didn’t have the black pepper chicken done. And then after waiting 5 minutes and circling around again like they asked all the sudden the mushroom chicken wasn’t ready. So after going through the drive through 4 times they told me to come inside because yet another entree wasn’t ready. As soon as I got inside the staff was staring at me and laughing. Every single time I come here they mess something up with my order. This is the worst Panda Express in Modesto

Great food if not a little pricey for their smaller a la carte entrees. They also made us wait in front for our food after going through the drive-thru so long that I finally went in for it and they gave it to me which is lame. Apparently, they had no one to run it out to us? I had already paid and the food was packaged. The food should be taken out to a waiting customer before the next customer in line should be helped. That’s a no brainer. Better luck next time Panda.

My first time doing an on line order here. It was very quick to get the food even at 5 pm. There was plenty of food with the family meals. I really love walnut shrimp. Other family favorites are the orange chicken and Beijing beef. We’ll definitely do this again.

Manager served me a plate. Only gave me 2 shrimps. The chow mein was undercooked. Made me feel like I was eating plastic. I complained to corporate. Never answered your phone. I would never eat there again.
