I just got out from the really bad bad bad service place . I ordered chicks meal at 3:25 PM and I checked my time. It was 3:55 PM and they haven’t bring my order. I canceled my order and nobody even explained or apologized. Like dealing with nonhuman machines. I suggest to the owner hire a robot to service us. I never recommend this place to anybody. By the way, I was the only costumer in that place.

Pretty disappointing experience. Waited for a while to have our order taken. The food took so long to make that we had to change our order to go. My chicken sandwich was essentially one chicken strip (it was a big strip, but still a strip and not really good for a sandwich – see pictures). The chicken was overcooked and so it was pretty tough. All around a pretty bad experience. I really like Slims but this is my first time to this location and now probably my last.

Came through at 10:00, really only because the line at canes was wrapped around the building and almost out to the street. I didn’t understand why so many people were waiting when slims(right across from canes) only had a mere 3 cars with me being the 4th in their drive through. I waited in line for my food for almost 20 minutes, I ordered the 5 and 5 plate with spicy BBQ tossed wings, and an Arnold Palmer to drink. I get home and the wings barely have any sauce, the toast was stale almost as if it had been toasted long ago , the fries are burnt and soggy, chicken was over cooked, and my Arnold Palmer was just plain iced tea. I paid $17, for Overpriced mediocre food with sloppy execution. Do yourself a favor, and wait it out at canes, at least it’ll be hot, fresh, correct and definitely worth the wait.
