The value and quality of orange chicken is good. They are crispy, small and fresh. shrimps are cold but they are still fresh and tasty. As you see in the picture chow main’s vegetables are more than noodles. Also, it is cold, old and some burned.

Employee Nailan decided sweeping was more important than the customers in line. Once she finished sweeping she returned the broom to the kitchen and WITHOUT washing her hands she came back to the food and put the walnut chicken in with the other pan. I immediately called her on it and she said I did wash my hands, but then proceeded to wash her hands after. I asked the ladies behind me and they agreed she hadn’t washed her hands.

My friend who has had major surgery is house bound made an order on this establishment website. They tried to say we cancelled the order when they gave us a delivery time of 3:40 pm. So now there is no food and she has a five inch open wound on her body so she can’t get out of the house in the heat. So I hope whoever got her food is happy. I will never use the Panda Express app or online services again. No one at the store knows what is happening and won’t take responsibility.

The food is always good at this Panda location, but most of the time when I go, I feel like I always have to wait on something to be cooked. If you’re going to this Panda Express, I would expect a bit of a wait time. Also, they’ve messed up orders on occasion, but it’s understandable since it’s so busy and there’s constantly new food going out. It’s just disappointing when it happens. Just make sure you’re paying attention and that your order is exactly how you want it.

I went in about 30 minutes ago with a coupon which the server refused to redeem because it had the address of a different Panda Express location on it. However, the coupon code worked fine online and gave me the discount. Unfortunately this was my lunch break, so after having to go outside, fiddle around on the app, order online, and wait for them to prepare it, I ended up with only 4 minutes to enjoy my meal. Thanks!

Genesis was the rudest and most unprofessional cashier for us tonight. I ordered two kids / cubs meals after confirming they came with cookies prior to placing my order in the line but when we got to the register to check out with Genesis she simply said they took the cookie off the menu a long time ago and held out a fortune cookie with a smirk on her face.
