We order carryout from here several times a week because it is the closest place to eat, but also because we have never had a problem with the quality. It has always tasted great and I can’t remember a time they got the order wrong. We have ordered pretty much every item on the menu… pizza, pasta, sandwiches, bites, chicken, desserts.. and each time we know what to expect because the quality has been consistent.

Almost a $100.00 order waited almost 2 hours. My pizza was cold and made wrong. Everything else was ok warm but when you pay almost $100.00 for an order you hope its right im done with this dominos i have tried to give you all a lot of chances. Im just going to start ordering from imos for now on…

Thought we’d give it a shot after our last order months ago took 2-3 hours to get here when the website showed 25 minutes. Website said delivery was available, store called and said it wasn’t and we could either postpone the order or come pick it up. Nah I’ll stick to DoorDash and anywhere but dominos.

On February 20, 2023 and I placed a delivery order at 6:22pm. Delivery was expected to be 45-52 minutes which is expected. I kept tracking my order and it still said it was in the prep. At 7:13pm Domino’s called me and said they do not deliver to my area and that High Ridge would be the ones to deliver. I selected the nearest delivery and their store was the one. Told me that I can either place my order with them and pick it up or they could give me the number to High Ridge. I even asked why it took an hour to call me and notify me of this and they didn’t have an answer for me. I do not understand why they would wait pretty much ONE HOUR to notify me. I mapped it out and their store is 3.6 miles as to high ridge being 5 miles away.

I ordered a pizza at 10:24pm. They close at 12am. Can’t leave, kid has the flu. So LAURA starts preparing my order at 10:36pm and then at 11:24 (only because I looked it up!) I see that my order is cancelled without any text, anything. Really? In an hour and a half, you couldn’t have fulfilled an order? Calling corporate in the morning. I better have a refund on my credit card by then.

As other reviews have said, order took over 2 hours. Husband called and they said another 30 min after we waited the full time it said it would take. 30 min later and it’s another hour wait because they are short staffed and wait to make the pizzas til a driver is available. Then why isn’t someone giving out phone calls if you’re just going to stand around and do nothing. I would have liked to know what’s going on with my order. Checked my bank account and 2 separate transactions came out of my account and now they aren’t answering any phone calls. I can see why.

Best Domino’s experience in a long time! Placed my order online, they began cooking immediately and then as soon as I was pulling up (before I could even message I was here) they were bringing it out. Pizzas were perfect and delicious! Idk why this location has some few not so great reviews, every time we go it’s great, this visit was even beyond great. The app said my pizza was made by Samantha tonight, good job Samantha!!
