Went for an early birthday party on a Saturday and it was not crowded at all. The attendants were polite and helpful. They now give key cards with springy wrist bands and they are on a timer. When you earn points/ tickets they are loaded on to your card. They then scan the card to see how many tickets you have to get prizes. The Manager was very friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed their time.

If I could do 4.5 I would. Staff was nice and descriptive. Had a good time playing 2 Minute Drill and eating Pizza. Pizza tasted very yummy. Didn’t taste recycled as people would say. And I FOR SURE didn’t have to vomit afterwards. Ha Ha, I’m only joking. The place is very clean. I remember before the location got renovated to a Phase 5 Location, it was very dirty, Children’s diapers, and disgusting waste was everywhere. I do miss phase 3, but it was VERY dirty. Although, I’m happy the place was clean. And unsanitary ball pits and tubes were removed. I was the star of the show (The Kid as you guys would put it). And the treatment was not bad. Like I said very descriptive. Made sure we had a decent time. My only complaint is that it was a little crowded. Whole daycare classes were in the ShowRoom screaming. If I could improve one thing, it would be to raise the minimum age of the restaurant. Keep everything you currently have, but make it a little more mature. Although, that’s probably what you would expect at an All Ages arcade. Other than that, the restaurant was clean, respectful, nice staff, a little crowded, and that’s it.

It was really slow when we went, so it was really nice practically having the place to ourselves. Everything seemed to be working and the location was clean! We didn’t eat, just played games for an hour to kill some time.

They only have rides like cars that move for little kids. It’s all paying games. There is no more jungle gyms, ball pits, slides, nothing like that. I took my grandson looking for I door baby fun the one in fairlawn has a baby section. The lady is rude does not explain anything when asked a question. So it cost a fortune to go because kids can’t just run around and play anymore. You have to pay for every little thing.

Today we had a birthday party for our 3 year old son! Anna was the best host we ever had at any party event for either of our children. She was pleasant and well mannered. She definitely gets an A+ for customer service. My wife texted me while going to set up that she was amazing in giving guidance and so nice! That effort carried over for the next two hours. She smiled and treated us like family and that is so important when doing great business. Definitely would recommend her for any party hosting events. She helped make my son’s birthday remarkable. The environment was surprisingly clean, a far cry from me and my sons last visit a few years ago. You can tell they put some money into the business to freshen it up. All the games worked this time and that made us happy. The pizza was okay, seems like the recipe is changed. Definitely can tell that management has stepped up efforts to turn this store around. With employees like Anna, the sky is the limit to how far the business can go! We are extremely happy with our visit! Again thank you Anna for helping make my 3 year Olds day so special he was happy and that’s what matters the most to us!
