Rosas Pizza sells one of the best specialty pizza slices that I have tasted in the US. My top three pizzas are the Caesar salad, the chicken buffalo,and the salad slice. Since they are usually busy the pizza does not sit on the counter for long and that’s why thepizza tastes fresh. The salads do not taste soggy and the buffaloslice has the right amount of blue cheeseand the chicken is not too hot. The chicken panini is a must-try. It’s a simple yet delicioussandwich. The bread is toastedto perfection, the chicken is not dried and it’s flavorful and the red pepper is made in-house. the restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly which these days that is a plus not a giving.

I ordered a Cesar salad. I got drenched lettuce and mayonnaise! No cheese, no croutons… if you run out then you tell the customer because I was not served a Cesar salad. I couldn’t eat it!!! Don’t get me started on the chicken and bacon ranch slice… there was so much cheese he couldn’t hold it like a pizza and eat it. Ugh never again for me.

The pizza was very good and tasty. They took a long time to bring out the calamari we ordered. We had already finished our pizza when they brought it out. What made me knock of the stars was the bathroom. It was so dirty it made me sick. You could literally see the mildew growing all around the doors etc. It smelled. Clearly it doesn’t get cleaned often. I wouldn’t come back here because the bathrooms was so unclean, makes me wonder.

In general, it is not a bad pizzeria, the prices are good, the sizes of the slices and the plates of food are also good, but it has two defects, one more serious than the other. The cleanliness of the restroom is terrible, the light switch and the door are disgusting, you don’t even want to look at them. Needs URGENT cleaning and painting. And the other problem is the Lasagna, if you want to eat Lasagna don’t ask for one. The Lasagna is a regular slice but with a different dough. Only Cheese and tomato sauce in abundance, meat or anything else does not exist. I wish it had meat like a spaghetti dish.
