The arcade is on the J.W. Marriott of Marco Island. We went on a Saturday night and we enjoyed it. It wasn’t crazy busy with people. They have a big bar although we didn’t try any of their drinks. Not sure either if they serve food. The games were all in working order. They have the latest and coolest VR games. They do cost between $8 and $10 per player. Many of the other games are $2.00. They mini bowling alley it’s nice but there is a wait time, so plan ahead. Maybe they accept reservations. The whole place is good especially for being inside a hotel. This arcade is comparable if not better that the ones you’d find at the big Las Vegas resorts. I would suggest they improve on the selection they have to trade-in the tickets you win. The options are very very very limited. Also where the prices are in my opinion is way to dark. But for sure if you’re visiting Marco Island and you have kids it is definitely a place worth a visit.

We purchase cards to celebrate a friends 40th Birthday party. They shutdown in preparation for a Hurricane and refused to refund us our money that was on a cards. Not great for customer service.

Came here in the fall and the people were great and arcade was in great shape. Came here in Feb 2023, workers couldn’t care less that anyone was here. Not helpful and too busy talking/complaining to each other. A bunch of the games don’t work anymore, they made zero attempt to fix them or even turn them off. The grab n win machine is rigged for no winners. Daughter wanted a stuffed animal out of there. Played, perfect pickup and the machine arms literally open at the top of the “pick” so no one can win. Workers didn’t care whatsoever. Our young daughter was pretty upset. We’ll go somewhere else next time.

Super fun place no matter your age. The arcade is great–though almost every game is $2 per play which is expensive. Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf and Mini Bowling were unique and fun little breaks from the traditional arcade atmosphere. Drinks and food were a little slow coming out, but were pretty good for the price you pay.
