Save your time and money and don’t come here. We had a kid’s birthday party there today and it was a disaster. We ordered 2 pizzas as soon as we got there for our party, they brought one pizza out in a timely matter and then didn’t bring the 2nd one. Other people in our party and tables around us that had arrived after we ordered were getting their pizzas but our 2nd still hadn’t shown. Eventually they came and asked us if we got all our stuff and we said no, still missing a pizza. They said they’d bring it right out. We waited awhile and checked at the counter and they said they’re working on it. Waited another 15 mins and it still hadn’t showed up and when we asked again they told us they forgot about it and we’d have to wait another 20 mins for them to make it. When it finally did make it to our table (almost an hour after we got there and ordered), it was cut into completely inconsistent pieces, like they gave a toddler a pair of scissors and told them to cut the pizza. One of the “pieces” was maybe half an inch wide. Also, the game room was full of games that either weren’t functioning, stole your coins or didn’t give out tickets when you won. Staff was dismissive and gave an attitude like they didn’t care.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pietro’s. Not only was the service terrible, the cleanliness of the place wasn’t clean, almost all the games were broken or non functioning properly. The pizza was worse than a Walmart brand frozen pizza, and overly priced. None of which makes sense because if the place was being managed properly, they could cut back on staff(most of which stood around, or were making out in a corner) put the money into the food and quality employees that when they weren’t busy could be cleaning, and replace/repair the game machines. Will definitely not be bringing my kids back here again, they might as well turn this into a bar full time and put in pool tables cause it definitely isn’t a place for kids to have fun anymore.

My experience was excellent. The delivery driver brought everything that I needed before I could ask for it. Chili peppers, Parmesan cheese, paper towels, and plates. Thank you! My pizza was made perfectly and the crust was delicious. I had a pepperoni and bacon and jalapeño pizza. The wings which are sold in orders of nine came perfectly drizzled with buffalo sauce! And the gal that was taking my order over the phone with patient and able to get me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended!!!

Small area for ticket games . The main eating area was large and dated but we got our food pretty fast and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had .thin crispy crust with lots of quality toppings . If you get the chicken wings you may want to ask for them to be extra well done . Ours were really fatty and a bit chewy. We took them home and baked them again and they were fine .the price of a medium pizza was higher than other chains but worth it.i will go again

Why is this place so far from me? It’s probably for the best or I would be eating pizza here every day. I loved the crust, it has just the perfect mix of cheese and sauce and ingredients of choice on a crunchy crust. The place is clean and the 2 times I have been someone greeted us kindly, they have a limited capacity and only allow 6 people to sit together, the tables are disinfected and I felt very safe eating in. The only inconvenience is that you have to order at the counter, we were waiting for a waitress the first time because they welcomed us but forgot to let us know. We also liked their wedge potatoes and cheesy bread. The kids had fun at the arcade/ games area. Anytime we are in hood river we will have to comeback to Pietro’s pizza

“Thick crust” is dry focaccia with toppings, not pizza. Website misadvertises prices compared to online ordering. I understand costs have gone up with recent inflation, but for what you get it is ridiculous.
