OMG delicious food… better than home cooking. LOVE the potato tacos… and the Fish tacos. I drive over 30 miles just to get my order. We used to live a few blocks away. You can place a phone order and it’s ready by the time you get there

The food is good. Not great, good. Been here a few times now. I think this was the last time we come here though. To begin, their shrimp tacos are really good. The asada is just ok. We’ve had their pozole and it’s good pozole. That’s why we go back. This last time I asked for extra maíz in the pozole. When I got home to eat it, it was nothing but caldo and few pieces of maíz. That’s a big deal. They must’ve just wanted to get rid of whatever they had left. Not cool. Also, I don’t think we’ll be back because of the dude at the counter. Seems like he doesn’t even want to be there. Not the friendliest. The owners are nice. I make my orders by phone. I never get told the amount, the time it’s gonna take and just get hung up on as soon as I say that “that’ll be all”. There’s no thank you or anything. Like I said, the food is good, but because of the service, we won’t be going back. I miss the westside. There’s not too many decent places for great good out here on this side.

The place is run down. The couple that runs it should let it go. Or at least move it in an area where people allow rude service. Not so good anymore. Sorry this I do not recommend.
