I ordered pizza and wings. An hour later and, keep in mind, I’m Less than 2 miles away, nothing. I call and the manager says what do you want me to do about it? I said well I would like to know where my food is, she explained they were short staffed and I said I get that but I think I should get a discount or something she says it’s not her problem and hangs up on me !!!!!!! 4 hours later still no pizza, oh and I am at a easily found hotel.

Look, we all know chain pizza only gets so good, and Papa John’s is about as good as that gets. They have solid local deals (seriously–50% off a large if the Browns score?! What a steal), are always timely and polite, and the pizzas come out as delicious as you can imagine they do at this level. It gets the job done. If you want high end pizza, why are you even reading this? Head to Crust or something.

We ordered a late night pizza from this location and it was definitely not up to the normal Papa John’s standards. We have come to expect much better pizza. The thin crust pizza was over cooked and there was next to no sauce or toppings on the kids. Disappointing experience.

my second terrible delivery experience from this location. delivery driver said he had been trying to call me and I had no missed calls, and tried to tell me I put my address in wrong. I showed him the address I put in was correct and he just sighed. Couldn’t even apologize for going to the complete wrong address and giving me cold food after waiting an hour and a half.
