Stopped here right when they opened after driving 3 hours. Big girl there wasn’t very friendly (I greeted her first) but I gave her a pass since it was early. I wasn’t happy however that she charged me $1.50 to simply get my cream cheese on the side. So $3.24 for a bagel with cream cheese & $1.50 (as if I was getting extra.) I paid $5.05 for a chewy bagel with cream cheese. Iced coffee was really weak too. Terrible.

Excellent coffee, bagels and service at this Dunkin located right off Rt 78. The staff is always pleasant and always receive the correct order. Just because this Dunkin’ is inside of an Exxon convenience shop, don’t let the location fool you. It is very clean and compared to other Dunkins it is one of my top favorites. I highly recommend visiting and you won’t be disappointed with your order! ☕️

They do not prepare food orders through the mobile app well. Recently after waiting 15 minutes in store for my wrap, someone asked if I was waiting for the wrap. I got it maybe 5 minutes later, but it was still frozen!

very rarely would I be disappointed by this dunkin – and the only reason being is wait time but i understand due to low staff. every mobile order completed was perfect, no mistakes. there’s a nice young girl there who’s taken my order and made my coffee to perfection multiple times and she’s always pleasant when i come in. would recommend for a mobile order or stop in store. thank you for pleasant, polite staff!

This Dunkin is really good. I get drinks here every time I’m in the area and they are always on point. Employees provide fast service, but look unhappy. Food is better at the Dunkin off Exit 3.

This review spans several years and all hours of the day. Of the entire staff only 3 are competent. Orders are almost exclusively made incorrectly, hot drinks made cold/cold hot, wrong donuts despite correct on shelf, orders not even made, hot food still frozen. If you enter this establishment and it’s not one of the 3 ADULTS turn around or check your mobile order. Also the bathrooms are the gas stations territory, they’re not great…
