The decoration of the restaurant is very modern, the venue is spacious and clean, but unfortunately the food does not match this environment. The food feels like the level of a common Asian food hall. If you are very familiar with Asian food, then I do not recommend you to come.

Went here for a dinner and the restaurant was not crowded. Good ambience but the one near Madison Square has it better.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but was happily surprised with the food and service at Wagamama. Especially like the big open styling and friendly atmosphere. Poke bowls highly recommended.

If you are looking for a place to eat delicious Thai cuisine, this is the place for you. But if you are looking for a place not only to eat deliciously, but also to receive incredible support from the staff – you must be here!!! I stopped by for the first time by accident, because it is next to the hotel. All my next visits were planned. This is service from the heart, these are the best people in NY ❤️❤️❤️

A modern fushion restaurant to me. We ordered Dan Dan noodles, miso cod soba, and fried calamari as an appetizer. The dishes offered a unique culinary experience, with a creative and interesting mix of ingredients that made them stand out from traditional dishes.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied anymore because my favorite meal is getting less and less tasty. The Chicken Katsu Curry was always my favorite but the chicken literally disappears. They are just serving a few pieces of chicken and not two big slices like it was before. Everything has changed and this is very sad. It doesn’t look like on the picture but there is nothing underneath the rice.

Great spot for lunch. Would recommend getting the ramen or bowls as we mainly tried small dishes to share, which we found to be a bit underwhelming but still delicious nonetheless.

Came here in 2020. Great food, love the atmosphere. You can see the Empire State Building from the dining room. Waiter was helpful with recommendations.
