The drive thru shorted me two-thirds of what I asked for and paid for. When I went inside to sort it, the clerk told me that the manager would not complete the order. I waited quietly to speak to the manager. 23 minutes later, a different worker replaced part of the order and told me to heat the rest up in the microwave at home.

When you wait at the drive thru menu 10 minutes before someone comes on and asks may I take your order. There is zero excuse for that. “ one moment we are a little backed up but we will be right with you “ … it’s takes 5 seconds to say! If you’re busy I get it… if you’re short staffed I get it. Let customers know, it’s not that hard. Take my advice and go to the next one or just go to sonic because it’s just better period.

I use the app primarily and order my food to go. McDonald’s fries used to be awesome but I never order them anymore. Sometimes I get cold fries, sometimes luke warm, rarely do I get good salted hot fries from any McDonald’s restaurant so I just stick to the sandwiches. Oh, I never get drinks there either. I know this is a quick serve establishment but I get a drink handed to me that ALWAYS has soda dripping down the side. I want it quick but NOT with soda on the outside of the cup. So, no drinks either. The sausage, egg, & Cheese McMuffin is good. The regular cheeseburgers are really tasty. I truly enjoy them. Chicken sandwiches of any kind are truly great! Not at all a bad place to eat but ever since Ray Kroc passed the standards for an actual combo meal have been been thrown out the window. I’m spending good money to get cold fries & soda on my hand? Nope. Pass. Just sandwiches.
