It’s pricey for what you get. My California Burger with onion rings was 22$. We also ordered kids fettuccine alfredo, kids chicken burger w/ fries and quesadilla. Of all the things, California burger was rather good but the other items were really poorly made. Fries were salty. Fettuccine Alfredo was overflowing with sauce. Onions rings were greasy and soggy.

We went on a Thursday night and there were only a few others in the restaurant. We were seated right away. Waitress took our order in a timely matter. Our drinks and my chowder came out within minutes, but it went downhill quickly after that. We had what seemed to be an easy order chicken stips, fish and chips, and a burger claim salad bowl. After waiting for 50 minutes we asked how much longer and the waitress said “oh I think they just called yours”” 5 minutes later the food finally arrived. Chicken strips were hot with fresh fries. Fish and chips were kind of warm with cold fries that had been obviously sitting for some time and were terrible. The burger in the burger bowl was basically charred crumbles that were really cold. Waitress offered to remake the salad bowl but after an hour we just wanted to get out of there. I can understand waiting on a busy night, but it was virtually empty in the restaurant. There was another family seated near us that arrived 30 or 49 minutes after us and there food cane out about the same tine. Really bad experience.

I’d been on a long drive with only a few hours of sleep and just wanted a huge burger so I could crash when I got home. Enter the Shaft Cheese Burger, a full pound of meat on a bun. Not only was it delicious, but it was ready super fast. Needless to say, I knocked right out when I finally got home.

This place was pretty good. Food was fresh, well seasoned and hot. They also willingly catered to my WLS portion diet by letting me order off the kids menu. Establishment was clean, staff were friendly, bathrooms were clean. This restaurant has a lot of seating. Stop in and give them a try.

Great greasy spoon. Had the cheeseburger and onion rings. They were very tasty. Had the oatmeal stout on tap and it was great too. Our server was very upbeat and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Easy in and easy out. Lots of seating and more in the bar area. They even have a points system with your phone number. Ask about it when you get your check! Eventually you can get a free meal 🙂
