Absolutely horrible! It’s been awful since Jay left. Asked if they had any specials, kid on the other end acted like I was speaking another language. My cheesesteak was disgusting it smelled like throw up not even exaggerating. I didn’t get sick from the few bites I did take, thank god! Not sure if they cooked something before my steak and didn’t clean the grill! Or something was spoiled on my sandwich. I’ve been a loyal Rudy’s customer since they opened. It just gets worse every time it changes owners. I won’t be eating here again, between this experience and there prices I’ll find another place…

So… Who knew? We had no idea this gem was hidden right beside the supermarket we frequent. Very low key establishment but the food is great, the service is great and it’s convenient. The veggie grinder became vegan by removing the cheese and yummy when they added sauce. Penne caprese made the husband smile. Broccoli rabe was great. Tasty and tender. Glad we found it. Well be back.

I have ordered from Rudy’s for YEARS NOW! Even through the pandemic and shut down, that’s the only place I went to outside of home and generously tipped EVEN THOUGH I was doing takout. I ALWAYS put the details of my order in and willing to pay extra for my requests. My last 3 orders have been horrible and I paid extra for them! I ordered boneless wings last week and asked for extra hot sauce on the side. Got home…no sauce. Ok no big deal. A few days ago I order a turkey sub with double turkey and extra, EXTRA mayonnaise….get home and no mayo on the sub whatsoever ! Then TONIGHT, I did not eat ALL DAY and order a turkey sub with double turkey, extra mayonnaise and crushed hot peppers. I get the sub home….no lettuce, no tomatoes or onions which are standard on the sub! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and I will question ordering from Rudy’s again because they can’t get basic orders correct and get I’m paying for EVERYTHING I ask for! You can do better and you owe me better than THIS! Highly disappointed!!! I’ve NEVER complained on past incorrect orders and NEVER give reviews online but, ALWAYS spread the word about how good Rudy’s is but, now you’re biting the hand that feeds YOU!

I’ve gotten a turkey hoagie on two occasions. Both times the meat, roll and condiments were fresh. Both times i had to repeat my order, a simple order, twice. Both times they left off the oil and oregano. Also had a slice of pepperoni. It was not good, it had limited cheese and was lukewarm, like the service. Most impressive about my experience was their fresh natural unprocessed turkey breast.

Just went in there with my dad and my fiancé for the first time and I’m blown away!! Amazing service and food! Staff was extremely friendly and they even ran outside in the cold to give us icing for our cinnamon sticks 🙂 plus our pizza was exactly how we wanted it 10/10 go here!!!
