Just got a drive thru order and didn’t have a great experience. We got a smoke shack burger, a bacon avocado burger, an order of fries, cheese fries, and 2 shakes. The shakes were great, the fries were great, the burgers were horrible. The smoke shack was supposed to be a double, and we were charged for a double but received a single. The avocado on the bacon avocado burger was mostly brown and black (hidden toward the center of the burger), which is included in my photo. The bacon on both burgers was flimsy and hardly cooked, and both burgers were cold by the time we got home. We don’t live far, and our fries were still hot when we got home, so the burgers definitely should not have been room temp. I can’t believe we actually just spent $44 for this. Won’t be returning to this location.

This is the first time that I’ve been to this location and between a HORRIBLE hotdog and cold french fries after a long wait time, I won’t be back. I thought that after the wait we would be receiving hot food, NOT. My shackburger was hot, but the hotdog was burnt. I didnt realize that they would split the hotdog down the middle when serving it. So we had a flattened, burnt hotdog on a dry bun for nearly $5.00. It was the most disappointing, irritating, unforgivable thing that I’ve ever seen. The fries had been cooked in old oil and were lukewarm. The customer service was lacking. I dont know if visiting this restaurant on a Thursday after 9pm was a bad idea, but you would think that the quality should be there at any time of day. I won’t be returning. I would have gotten more enjoyment out of going to McDonalds.

We stopped here after Knightsbridge antique mall going out of business sale and the food was absolutely delicious. The burgers were hot, fresh and delicious the cheesy fries were hot and crispy and the shake was yummy. The $36 price tag was worth it because every restaurant has gone up. Oh and the staff are so very pleasant we didn’t know what we were ordering and she was so patient and sweet about it.

Sleek & modern menu serving upscale fast food with exceptional cleanliness and service and great taste. The only downside, as expected, is the high price point, averaging around 15$ for a burger and fries, which makes this a lovely occasional treat to indulge in when you want really good food and don’t have much time on your hands. Try the beef hot dog with cheese! You won’t regret it if you’re a fan of franks.

The staff here is fabulous. Stopped by for shakes and custard. Brought our ’64 Cadillac. It wasn’t working when we left. After waiting for the mechanic a while, the staff brought us out some burgers. Great place.

I stopped there for the first time today. I ordered a bacon avocado burger and a strawberry shake. This cost $15 and change. Although it was a good burger they put cheese on it and I HATE cheese and I couldn’t taste the strawberries in the shake. Pleasant staff but I ordered what I ordered.

I got the chicken avocado bacon sandwich and it was alright. Avocado wasn’t quite ripe but the chicken was perfect. The grilled cheese was exactly what I expected and I was not disappointed. The French fries and loaded fries were awesome!! My kids loved the hot dogs and my husband loved the mushroom/hamburger. For a family of four splitting sides and getting 3 drinks it was almost $60. A bit steep.
