horrible place…….. fries were so old and dry they werent edible. asked for honey mustard with my meal and they wouldnt give me one. food and service has fallen off at every bojangles location in nc. dont know what yall changed but yall were a lot better 15 years ago

Always fresh food and friendly people working here. It’s my favorite Bojangles. The employees are working so hard and staying positive despite supply issues they cannot help. I really appreciate the kindness. For a chicken place, they have great sausage biscuits! Love their Bo-rounds also. Always great prices.

Went through the drive through. Moved pretty quickly. The cashier was kind and cheerful. Ordered a beacon egg and cheese biscuit. Took a bite and it was so greasy. It did taste good but it was dripping grease.

Bojangles and Hardee’s have the best fast food breakfast to me….I chose Bojangles today…love their cajun fillet biscuits and their steak biscuits….the Bo Rounds are good as well crispy outside and tender potatoes instead with a hint of onion yum….love the BoBerry biscuits but I always ask for a little extra icing as they only put a little on top

Ordered 1 20 piece family meal/ bone in chicken. Plus 3 additional family sides. At the window asked for honey mustard. Was told there was an additional charge.. I said well I ordered chicken … apparently you are only offered a sauce if you order supremes.. then I get home to find I’m missing two of the picnic size sides.. Greenbeans have a burnt taste.. not satisfied and irriated that I paid for items I did not receive. The meal for my family cost 65.00. Not enough sides for the family.

This Bojangles used to be great, not sure WHO is making the biscuits but they are gross. It’s like the ingredients are not mixed properly. I’ve tried ordering at breakfast, lunch and dinner and every time I get a bite of something bitter that irritates my taste buds and linger for hours….I think it’s a clump of baking powder or yeast… it’s gross so now when I want Bojangles I drive over to Poplar Tent Rd and George Wiles because this location is lacking. Maybe if they spent less time chit-chattting the biscuit mixture could be examined properly before shaping and baking

This location saved me a second headache! I love the customer service here. I ordered through the app and my food was hot and fresh and ready on my arrival. Although I ordered to pickup my food the staff here were generous enough to curbside it for me ☺️ KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!
