Got the big box. Pizza and bread sticks were hard and difficult to eat after a short drive home. Wings tasted artificial and were pretty much inedible. Cookie we ordered was hard as well.

First pizza they forgot the pepperoni. They fixed that. Second pizza Hawaiian came out with just pineapple no Canadian bacon didn’t even notice till I got home I thought what are the odds of them messing up both of them. They were out of dough for The New Yorker and no bread sticks

I really hate making this review because this place was a childhood and young adult favorite of mine. Used to go here all the time and sit down and eat with my family as a child. Then I would take my kids and do the same thing. Always really enjoyed it there was a nice waitress that ran the whole place. Those times are long gone though. The dining room looks completely unkept and messy . Dirt and dust everywhere . Stacks of pizza boxes being done on the table next to you . Somebody’s computer setup with their cigarettes their phone and everything sitting on a table. You can’t even get a fountain drink here anymore. There is no waitress it’s similar to just eating at a park pavilion. It’s a shame that a building like this that is definitely meant to see people is more of a takeout only location. Sure you can sit there and eat but that is literally all you can do. And you have to completely Serve Yourself and there is no fountain drinks. Maybe take out only is the profitable option but I feel like letting the dining room suffer is only going to account for awful reviews.

We went for the lunch buffet as the kids were off school. The salad bar was not very good. The vegetables seemed old. The pizza was decent and they did their best to keep it full during a busy lunch rush. The server was nice and helpful. The seating at this location is very crowded. Its like they tried to jam too many tables in there. Overall it was not bad. I think the price for an adult buffet is $8 and the kids were $5.

Ordered the Big Box. The pizza crust and breadsticks were extremely dry and had a funky smell. It was obvious that the dough had been sitting out for several hours or perhaps days. We also ordered dipping sauces that we had paid for only to find that we didn’t receive them. We didn’t even receive the marinara for the old dried out breadsticks. Nevertheless the manager sent his apologies but never offered to refund us for products not received or for the garbage they sold as “food”. Plenty of pizza places to choose from so don’t waste your money here.

Called and ordered over the phone ahead of time to pick up our order at 730pm on 12/31/22. Went to pick up the pizza at 730 and the doors were locked, tvs and lights were on but nobody was answering the phone or coming to the door. There was another person there trying to pick up their order as well. Ended up not getting our order and having to go somewhere else which took up even more time on New Year’s Eve when we were trying to spend time with family. I understand things happen. But we ordered over the phone ahead of time since it was New Years eve, we were told it would be ready by 730 to not even have somebody let us in or answer the phone when it was time to pick it up. Luckily we didn’t pay ahead of time. Terrible service.

Tried this pizza hut once before. Service was very good. The waitress was very friendly and good with the kids. Restaurant was clean. The food was Pizza Hut. Enjoyable overall. Price was fine for quantity of food. The location is convenient, being right off of PA-Hwy 8, right beside the burger King.
