I had such a great experience here!! We went in later at night and I wanted grilled chicken but it would be a 15 minute wait. I decided to go with something else and the gentleman helping me gave me my meal for free because they were out of chicken!! He had such great customer service helping and sharing his experiences and thoughts to help us out! I believe his name was Andrew!

I’ve gotten the taco combo with beans and rice three times now and they barely fill the tacos. Good amount of rice but, this last order I literally got like 15 beans. Barely enough food and I’m still hungry after spending $15. I’m not coming back and will be going elsewhere

This location consistently flops. Literally no matter what I order, the order is wrong or lacking in some way. It seems like they’re already under staffed and then half of them are goofing off when they should be making food so it’s a forever wait. IDK what’s going on with the staff, the manager seems to be geared toward customer satisfaction but the staff is the opposite.

This location in particular gives me the most problems when I order my food. I ask them to not include salad on the dishes and they don’t get it right. It has happened several times in a row. It’s annoying because then the kiddos won’t eat it with salad. Other than that, the food tastes amazing and my family loves Cafe Rio.

I usually have good things to say about th I’ll s place. Today is not one of those days. The special was a taco for 2.49. When I was ording the youn man behind the counter aske what meat I would like. I aske him. ” is there an up charge for steak?” He replied “no” I made it a combo. Also orded a steak burrito. When it came time to put the sides on. The only thing that looked good was the lettuce. The pico looked old, guacamole was black, sourcream had pico in it. Taste. The burrito tastes like a salt lick. And the rice was under cooked. Paying. Thay charged me .90 cents per taco for steak. I was all cold.

Just terrible customer service thats all I can say. I went in with my 3 daughters, there was no line, we went up to the counter and stood there for about 5 minutes without a single person saying anything to us. Someone finally did come up right as we decided to go somewhere else, at that point we had made up our minds to leave. When we were leaving the gentleman working in front of us tried to say he greeted us, I asked my 3 daughters none of them heard him say anything either. In this day in age with outrageous food prices and places like this want a tip while you wait in line, order your food, carry it to your table, then clean up the food. If i get service like this I wont spend money in there again. Ever. We went to chic fil a. This location started out pretty strong, and we’ve been A LOT because it’s one of our favorite restaurant chains. Within the last 3-4 months they’ve been having issues with running out of certain things, long waits at the drive thru for food (even if there’s not much of a line), and undercooked or overly salty rice or beans.

i tripped twice in 2 minutes, spilled my chips everywhere. the chips are now a safety hazard. not to mention the fact they were already stale, so not much of a loss. the employees were kind and accommodating. the food wasn’t great, good would be a stretch. costa vita is better ngl
