We had Charlie’s tonight in the mall and WOW I was blown away! It was really delicious and filling. The staff was friendly and quick , did a great job. I had the Philly cheese steak and my wife had the chicken Philly, both loaded with meat and veggies and lotsa cheese! I was really surprised at how good this food was. I ate mine so fast I forgot to get a pic but I got one of half of my wifes…thanks again… delicious!!!

I got charleys philly sheaks because i was on the run and needed to eat on the go. It wasn’t very travel friendly as it requires you to sit to fully enjoy it and i couldnt. The sandwich was pretty good. I had the regular chicken buffalo sandwich with original fries. Charleys is worth a try.

Used to be my favorite place. I don’t shop at the mall and would make a trip just to eat at Charley’s . I hadn’t been able to stop in a while so to my surprise when I ordered and went to get the Charley’s seasoning for my fries there was none and I was told they didn’t have any however they were using it to season the meat. I asked if they would just mind putting some on my friends when they were ready but they said no and then lied and said it was only salt and pepper in the shaker . Well it was not jsut salt and pepper it was orange I could see it when they would season the meat. They amount of fries now they give us 1/4 of what they used to it didn’t even fit the plate. It’s not worth coming here anymore, krueks is better, fresher and much closer.

Worst Charleys I have ever been to. I have eaten at Charleys for over 20 years. As an army wife this was our favorite restaurant no matter where we were stationed. I was so excited to see there was in the Naples Mall. Being the strong relationship between Charleys and the military I asked if they provided a military discount and was treated very disrespectfully and I was responded to in a very negative manner which surprised me. Aside from this the cheesesteak was dry and extremely salty. Needless to say I won’t be going back. Don’t Judge Charleys on this location, most are amazing, just not this one. Won’t be back. 🙁

Best cheesesteaks ever, fresh and well made. Great costumer service. I accidentally dropped my fries with cheddar cheese and bacon and my ranch sauce and they gave me a new one without the need of asking for it. I truly think it is the best spot to eat in the foodcourt. Best quality/price ratio in the mall. Shout out to Claudio and his workmates!

I have eaten at Charley’s in Naples for over 20 years. The quality and portions have dwindled while prices have risen dramatically. Today will be my final visit. One very thin layer of beef, a few shreds of lettuce and small section of a slice of tomato instead of an entire slice. The price was $8.88 up more than $2.00 for a much smaller sandwich. The only decent part of the combo was the fries which are still good.

I ordered the Veggie sandwich. When I didn’t receive fries, I asked why? I was told I didn’t ask for them? Hmmmmmm lots of excuses and a bit short on customer service. Very anemic looking tomatoes (why bother). $10 for veggies and an ice tea (ice already melted)? A bit pricey.
