Well..here we are again. This place was getting better after my last review a few years ago…but now we’re back to this. Do better. These biscuits aren’t cheap. It’s not right. You all ought to be ashamed. If you can’t handle putting a biscuit together, you need to take the day off or find a different line of work. Plain and simple. Do better. Be better. Think about other people for a change. There’s literally no excuse for this. Some of you, I’m sure, will read this review and think “It’s just one biscuit what’s the big deal?” And that, my friends, is the problem. For the record, this is *supposed* to be a bacon, egg and cheese. We seem to be missing some key ingredients here.

Penitent Tangent
I am the last guy to EVER leave a bad review but people need to be warned about negligence like this. The staff were very nice but I now have food poisoning. After scarfing down 1 of my supremes today I thought something was off and I pulled another one open and to my horror the chicken is RAW. They’re all pink squishy raw inside. I love bojangles but stuff like this can put people in the hospital. Beyond disappointing and I’ll never be back.

This particular store has gone downhill hard in the last 2-3 years. Wait times are ridiculous. Workers are rude and some act like idiots. Constantly out of things such as chicken. CHICKEN! Served cold coffee once.

Frustrated that the specials online were franchise ONLY. This location isn’t franchise. However, the people had decent presentation and the food was good. We are still looking for who will be our favorite, but they came closer than anyone else in Chattanooga so far.

Terrible service never have any chicken ready! Rude lady in the drivetru. Even though the menu board states a gallon of tea comes with your meal, they will only give you a half and say they won’t honor it. Sick to my stomach next day. After waiting 20 minutes which I had to argue with them in the drivetru that I would wait the 20 minutes and they still didn’t want to make it ask me 4 times if I was sure. Should have left then, but the kids wanted chicken! This is a chicken restaurant, right??

Went to the drive thru around 11:30am today.The employee that took our order and took care of us at the window impressed us so much! He had great manners and customer service. Never had that experience at this Bojangles. I hope he is treated at work just as well as he treated his customers.

I don’t recommend this place. When I went there they served me sausage that sat in a carton not even being kept hot. Old Bacon, old chicken etc… Plus they had long hair not restrained, picked eyes and didn’t wash there hands. Food poisoning waiting to happen.
