I love this Taco Bell with my whole heart. I come here at least once a week and I’ve never had any issues. The workers are always so kind and so fun to chat with. Today I had an awful day and didn’t want to cook so decided to get Taco Bell. The workers saw how distraught I was and how I clearly had been crying and out of the kindness of their heart’s gave me a free thing of cinnamon twists. I am so grateful that there are kind people working here who like to make people’s day better. I just want to thank all of the people there for all that they do <3

My family and I weren’t acknowledged when entering and waited five minutes before someone took our order. Seems that corporate wants to eliminate cashiers and make you use a kiosk, how impersonal. The manager was great, she brought my kids a snack while we were eating.

Worse experience ever. I could you not, it took me 40 minutes for to get two crunchy tacos, and they still managed to mess up my order by giving one crunchy and another soft taco ♀️ Management was terrible, there was two people in front of me and it took 40 minutes to even get to the window were you received the tacos. Oh, AND they didn’t even put tomatoes and barely any lettuce on my taco!! I’d rather drive 20 minutes out to a better taco bell than this mess, if I could, I would rate a 0

When ordering my food, the customer service was great! But the food was terrible. My quesadilla didn’t even have chicken in it and this was not the side of the quesadilla, but the middle!! I called to bring back food and request replacement, no one has been answering for about 15 minutes, and they keep taking phone off the hook.

Came through on Fri March 3rd at around 5:15pm. The guy working the drive through was very rude. Also took forever for my food to be prepared and then it was low quality and cold. NEVER COME TO THIS TACO BELL.
