This place is beyond horrible. I ordered a meat lovers pizza no ham. To begin I can not identify one item in this pizza. The smell is horrible. My food arrived cold even though their menu says fast delivery, it took forever. I also order a shrimp platter (also cold) and cheesesteak rolls. I’m scared to eat anything. Fries seem old and reheated. Called to tell them food was cold and unacceptable and the young lady that answered placed me on hold then came back to home to say , I don’t know what you want me to do but the manger will get the phone in a minute. I said excuse you, did you just say to a customer you don’t know what I want you to do. Then manager gets on phone as says , what is it. Like when I tell you all of their menus went in the trash. I will not give out one at all. Send foos critic there and place will be shut down for sure.

I asked for contact free delivery. Pizza arrive with no notification on app or phone call and sat outside on the cement for 15 minutes. I just happened to check to see if it had arrived. Pizza was ice cold 25° temperature outside.

Terrible service. Ordered the Southwest Salad which comes with chicken or beef, and they didn’t include either. The black beans weren’t there, either. However, contrary to the instructions ON THE TICKET, the threw on a double-handful of olives, which I hate. Didn’t discover any of this until I got home. When I called to complain, they argued with me and then told me I put the special instructions in the wrong place even though the ticket had the instructions on it. Not going there again EVER!

The CHICKEN cheesesteak here is awesome, however I had a bad experience with the customer service! I ordered a CHICKEN cheesesteak to go at 7:56 pm and after I left I opened my steak and it wasn’t a CHICKEN cheesesteak like I ordered. I called the pizza place at 8:14pm and stated that she gave me the wrong order and I would like to get a new order, she said she was unable to make a new request for a chicken cheesesteak because she didn’t do any mistakes so i had to keep my cheesesteak. I told the lady I do not eat beef and she consistently kept saying I didn’t order a chicken cheesesteak and she will not make me a new order because she was right and i was wrong. Please check your food before you leave! This lady is very rude and does NOT have customer service skills!They do not live up to their motto on providing excellent customer service skills! I will not be going back after that experience and I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.

This place is horrible my wraps that I got from here were horrible so bland no taste to it my boyfriend ordered a shrimp taco wrap and when he opened it he thought it was chicken cause they breaded the shrimp so it could consume more space in the wrap to make it bigger so they can save money so sad ! Then the pizza they gave us was cold we had to ask them to put it back in… this cut into our movie theater time cause they took so long for our order ! Such a disappointment

I never had buffalo chicken egg rolls before. It was something different, I even let my mom try it, and she really loved it. Also the honey barbecue boneless wings were good. I also enjoyed turkey club sandwich and fries. I wish I could give this place 10 Stars.
