My carry out order went in at 915 , received and charged at 920 , at 950 I called to say I was there waiting, 955 , a little gal was sent out in the rain to tell me there was no order, I showed them the email receipt, they asked how i wanted my steak done, 10 minute’s later , I was told it would 45 minute’s, or that I could get my order in the morning. The manager Lisa , never addressed the problem herself , instead just kept sending this poor little gal out in the rain to deal with thier error. I was also told they could not reverse the charge on my credit card until tomorrow.

The staff was very wonderful and accommodating! Our waiter, Jaxon, was WONDERFUL! Very sweet and kind. The hostesses who seated us was also very accommodating (I have a service dog, so it’s very important to me that they care and make sure their customers are comfortable), very happy with the food and service!

I came to have the soup and salad. I ordered an chicken cearsar salad and tomato soup. Which was a one time thing. As my food came the chicken cearsar salad was not pre mixed and had very little parm on it. On a very small plate. As where to mix it up the dressing….half the salad was on the floor. I wasnt to also say that it upset me cuz i am handicapped with my arms. All ceasaer salads are premixed. That us why i ordered it! I left and was up set that i could not eat.

I cam here with some friends and ordered the endless wings. One of my friends found a hair in their pasta. The waitress said it was one of several hairs to come out of the kitchen that day. They got their meal refunded, but I wouldn’t have ordered the endless wings if I knew my appetite was going to be ruined like that.

Appetizers were great, once we finally got them. Entree, the first one that was given me was a chicken dinner, I had order the steak dinner (medium well). Obviously sent that back. Then 5 minutes later out comes my steak that had spent about 30 seconds on each side on the grill (rare). Sent that back, and 10 minutes later was given the same steak, well done with my side of “steamed” broccoli (discolored and moldy) and hard. Sent that back only to get another in worse shape.
