Portions are crazy HUGE (good thing). Flavor lacking; the “seasoned” home fries had zero seasoning. I had the egg white omelette w/ “smoked turkey”(cheap deli meat). Had a funny taste along with NO seasoning. The mixed fruit was not mixed fruit at all. Just honey dew and cantaloupe. Service was good and the restaurant was clean but really could use some improvement. There were a few flies and the silverware was dirty. Pancakes were cooked to perfection though. Lots of options. Visiting from Dallas. Won’t ever return.

My wife and I had breakfast there this morning! The omelets were well prepared like we ordered. The sides were good and the plates were plentiful.We seamed to arrive before the restaurant became very busy. Our server Jaycee was very professional and made sure our coffee cups were kept full. Also, I watched as the other server in this same section checked on Jaysee’s customers and visa. The prices seemed reasonable for what restaurants are charging now a days. Thank you Jimmy’s Egg!

.y friend and I meet on a regular basis for breakfast and it’s usually very good. Fast service quality food…it’s not the restaurant I’m giving one star it’s the server we had today. Her name is ELLEN. Horrible service!! She took my order…read it back and told me I got 1 more side so I ordered hash browns…when I got the order the omlette that was right but the sides were complwrong and I didn’t even get 1 of them!! When I pointed it out to her she wanted to argue with me!! Rude and inconsiderate!! Does NOT need to be in any form of customer service at all!!! If you go to the Jimmy’s Egg on 39th Expressway and Counsel i suggest you do NOT sit in her section!!!

This was a horrible experience. Regardless of the newness of our waitress, there no excuse for how awful our meal was. After 20 minutes, we still did not have drinks or silverware. When we were finally brought our drinks, I had nothing for my coffee… no spoon, no creamer, no sweetener. Sadly we were one of six tables experiencing the same thing. Our waitress constantly disappeared and would not come back with what we asked for. The state of the building itself is appalling. The bathrooms feel like something out of a horror movie. We love Jimmy’s Egg, but this felt more like a dirty Denny’s in the bad part of the city. We will NEVER be back here.

Ate here for the first time and it was good! I got a $10 breakfast(2 eggs,2sausage patties,hash brown and A slice of ham) and got a stack of mini blueberry pancakes as a side for $.99!! Well worth it! Good and attentive staff. Booths and tables could have been bigger though.
