Great find while staying in town for a night. Had the fried bologna sandwich which was amazing! Also had the chicken patties with gravy, mashed potatoes and carrots. Kind of nondescript on the outside but the inside has a really nice atmosphere. Booths and tables. Excellent photography made to look like windows so you can see outside.

It’s a really cool atmosphere, quick and friendly service. But the price for food vs quality is a bit much. I had a burger that was really nothing special for $13. I could’ve gotten a better burger across the lot at McD’s. I’ll probably give it another shot because the BBQ does have me intrigued.

This place is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic and laid back and relaxed. Our waitress was so nice and took the time to explain things. We got the sampler appetizer which had beer battered fried pickles. Was super skeptical but you can’t miss these. They were so good.

Server was nice but slow, we sat w/ empty cups for awhile. The steak had no flavor, was greasy & thin. Catfish was undercooked, but ok, I expected more since it was the Friday night AYCE. The kid’s food was good & the salad was also. May go back to try the burgers since it’s one of the only sit down places to eat in Tuscola. Overall. 6.5/10

Delicious dinner of 8oz ribeye, baked potato and salad. Food was very good but a little pricey for the steak. It was a little thin and I’m not quite sure it was really 8 ounces but it was cooked perfectly and had a wonderful flavor so I was happy with my meal. Waitress was very attentive and on point. I would recommend Ta’Carbon for any special occasion.
