Ordered from quick pick but doors locked and told to wait in long slow moving line. Decided to request a refund but the kfc app/website only allows you to leave a comment if you call youre put on indefinite hold. My credit union (Cinfed) is also refusing to reverse the charges so I basically just got ripped off. United Corporations of America.

I’ve been twice in the last month, both times they weren’t taking orders because the manager was on break…. How the heck does this happen!?!?!?! If you are the only manager on duty you don’t get a break. Sorry but that’s how management works, you signed up for it. Are the employees to incompetent to complete orders without a manager holding their hand anyway??? Won’t be returning EVER…. Best thing Norwood could do is shut this place down and put in something different, But for the love of god dont hire the current employees there….No wonder Lee’s chicken in Norwood is so busy all the time! GO TO LEE’S INSTEAD!!!!

Just stay away from Norwood if you can. Every single business in this neighborhood is as bad as this one. The workers are incompetent and rude, the food is disgusting, and the store will close early so the manager can hide in the back and smoke weed.

Restaurant is terrible. Ordered on the app and of course the doors were locked. The employees directed me to wait in the 30 minute drive through line – then told me kfc was closed as of 10pm and only Taco Bell was open. The app said it was open to 11pm and took my money.

Their drive-through takes too long to complete orders, and when you order inside, they give you the wrong order, and you have to ask for a receipt. The chicken was overcooked.
