I decided to try the Meat Lovers Pizza Melt and while it was tasty, it made us very ill and it’s 24 hrs later and we still feel ill. The reaction was severe, almost as if the food was prepared in an unclean environment, food poisoned. I hope no one else experienced what we did.

Worst service I went to papa John’s after waiting for almost 2 hours. For my delivery I have not orders from this location for 3 years. Due to similar issues. I called for a carry out. He told me a price on the phone then charged more when I picked it up. I asked him about it he said my math was wrong. I looked at the receipt a “service fee” and tip were automatically added on for me. I asked if it comes with sauce he said it did when I opened the box there was no sauce I asked about it and he told me, “Oh well I’ll have to charge you extra for it if you want that then.” I reiterated, “You just told me it comes with sauce for free.” And he says, “Yeah there’s none in there then I have to charge you extra.

We have always had great delivery drivers from this location. But my son just had his birthday party at a nearby park and the delivery man let him take pictures with him and even wrote a special birthday message on the box. He helped make my son’s birthday even more special. My son is a Pizza Hut only fan!

Worst customer service ever. I called for an order and Jose picked up but gave me an attitude for no reason. Hung up on me while I tried to place an order. Someone with that stance should not be working. Not calling from here ever again. Jose was his name.
