Ordered two whopper meals with cheese. Drove all the home to realize, there’s only one whopper meal inside the bag. Also, both burgers did not have cheese. We paid extra for that to be placed on our meals. Drove back to location to inform them of the incorrect order just to get attitude and dismissed by a rude employee. Went to drive thru with 3 cars in front of me, 15 minutes later I received my order. I do feel badly because there was only 2 people working. I actually thought it was 1 person working. My poor rating is mainly because my whopper jr wasn’t fresh, it was slightly warm. That could be because it was roasting in my car with the a/c off for the 5 minutes it took me to get home.

The Burger King was very busy during my visit, but the experience was made much better thanks to employee T. While the kitchen was working hard to keep up, T frequently checked in on guests and kept a positive, friendly attitude. Her kindness and patience made the wait for the food enjoyable. The guy filling the drinks in the drive thru touched the inside off all cups and all ice. The women taking the money is also touching the fries with no gloves after handling money NASTY!!!!!! Didn’t say anything because I was thinking to my self she probably had a rough day. But when I come home I am missing some of my order. incomplete, unbelievable. Ever again going to that burger king. Waited all day to get Burger King for supper drive all the way to buy fries and burgers, paid my money, and drove all the way home. Tried to eat, but all the fries were cold and stale hard and tasted like cardboard with a ton of salt sprinkle on it. I tried calling the store 7 times to complain, but there was no response. They are taking your money and giving you rotten service cold burgers and fries hard like rock. Now I understand why there is no one in the Burger King line.

Normally this place is decent and we go out of our way to go here but the lady tonight had no clue. We had to ask several times for the items and then they gave us the wrong sandwiches which were worth half of the doubles we paid for. You just lost a regular customer.
